Part Time Bookkeeper
Looking for someone experienced in bookkeeping, using QuickBooks. Hours: Generally 4 days/20 – 30 hours per week. *Must be able to work on multiple accounts at once (large and small) and wear multiple hats.

Required:

– Must be proficient in QuickBooks Online and desktop

– Knowledge of and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook

– Experience importing & coding items

– Ability to show related work experience

– Proficient in Excel to make and maintain basic spreadsheets

– Ability to communicate efficiently with vendors via phone and email

*This is a remote position, you will need the following:

– Familiarity with remote access software.

Responsibilities:

– Monthly Bank Reconciliations

– Monthly Credit Card Reconciliations

– Vendor Account Reconciliations

– Special Projects as needed

– Administrative phone calls & follow-up as needed

– Attend monthly staff meetings via video conferencing.

– Maintain an organized account of projects to provide frequent updates.

Skills:

– Ability to flag and communicate discrepancies

– Work timely to meet monthly deadlines

– Follow up and resolve open items via email & phone

– Excellent ability to communicate with colleagues

– Can quickly learn new software programs
