We are looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant that is organized, positive and dynamic to join our team to help greet our amazing customers and suppliers as well as complete administrative tasks.

The role of the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will encompass a variety of tasks including, but not limited to:

– Welcome visitors
– Answer phone calls
– Check voicemail
– Check mail
– Keep the reception area clean and tidy
– Reply and forward emails
– Assist accounting data Entry
– Assist sales with order Entry
– Assisting other departments with data entry related tasks

The minimum skills for this position are;
– Secondary 5 diploma (DES)
– Bilingualism, spoken and written (French and English)
– Proficiency in the office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Be organized, have interpersonal and communicative skills
– Be able to analyze and solve problems
– Be specific and detail-oriented
– Be able to work in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $24.00 per hour
