Mum Sports has been the San Francisco Bay Area’s automotive paint protection service provider for over 15 years. We have a true passion for automobiles and a talent for optimizing them. Our services include paint protection, ceramic coating, window tinting, chrome delete, powder-coating wheels, painting calipers, and auto detailing. All in one convenient location. Mum Sports is an authorized installer of Ceramic Pro and Xpel (Paint Protection Film).

We are looking for a Office Assitant to greet customers, answer phone calls, respond to inbound social media and forum request, help with the sales process of customers. interact with customers via phone, social media and in person. We are looking for someone that is computer savvy, organized and detailed, has excellent written and verbal communications skills, has a great personality while interactiving with customers.

This is a full-time, ON-SITE role.

Job Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Meet and greet customers, answer phone calls. Help with inquiries about our services.
• Handle all incoming sales inquiries in a timely, professional manner and maintain our time response for different platforms.
• Provide support to office and management team members
• Communicate effectively with Internet customers via phone, text, e-mail, or in-person
• Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
• Perform receptionist duties when needed
• Help with our social media and marketing efforts.
• Assist with social media channels, forums, groups by responding to inquiries, messages and posting by prospective clients.
• Help book and setup appointments for clients to come in using our calendar and crm system.
• Checking in/out customers
• Invoicing customers. Posting/processing customer payments

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years Office Experience or a Bacehelors Degree
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task. Strong organizational skills
• Internet and computer savvy is a MUST.
• Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling customer questions.
• Prior experience in the automotive industry is a nice to have
• Knowledge around understanding of social media is a must.
• Must be a fast learner and ability to work in a fast paced enviroment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
