Murchie’s Tea & Coffee is currently looking for full-time enthusiastic baristas to join our downtown Victoria location.

Key Responsibilities and Functions:

  • Delivering friendly service
  • Serving tea, drip coffee and specialty drinks. (training will be provided)
  • Ensuring overall cleanliness & appearance of store.

Requirements and Experience:

  • Full availability – including holidays and weekends.
  • Positive attitude & ability to be self-motivated.
  • Organized with attention to detail & ability to multi-task in fast paced environment.
  • Strong oral skills in English
  • Have a passion for tea & coffee.
