About usNachman International USA has been helping clients manufacture powersports products in Asia & North America since 1985. We offer just about everything someone would need to repair or accessorize their powersports machine. Our areas of focus are ATV, UTV, Motocross, Motorcycle, Snowmobile, Scooter, Bicycle, Marine & Personal Watercraft.We are seeking a full time employee to join our logistics team.:

• Record and process all incoming orders
• Work directly with customer for error resolution and ensure order accuracy
• Schedule and track all outgoing shipments from our USA office
• Work with forwarders to ensure best shipping rates/contracts for Nachman and our customers
• Check and maintain complete accuracy in all files associated with orders, shipments and A/R
• Work with Purchasing team in order to fulfill orders completely and maintain stock levels
• Work with Accounting team to maintain accurate accounting files, research short payments and obtain payment from delinquent accounts

Qualifications:

• Must be familiar with Microsoft Excel functions and formulas
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Detail oriented to ensure accuracy
• Communication skills (written and oral)
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Open to new ideas and creative problem solving
• Flexibility to adapt with a continually growing business
• Sensitive of and able to adapt to cultural differences
• Administrative/Clerical work experience helpful

Compensation: Nachman International offers a competitive salary along with the following:

• Paid holidays & generous PTO program (begins after 3 months probationary period)
• $300/mo health benefit stipend (begins after 3 month probationary period)
• Annual raise and generous bonus based on individual and company performance

Job Type: Full-timePay: $35,000.00 – $39,000.00 per yearBenefits:
