School of Social Sciences has four degree programmes: Economics, Psychology, Public Policy and Global Affairs, and Sociology for undergraduate students, PhD and MA programmes (by research), and MSc programmes in Applied Economics and Gerontology. The research fellow will take charge of theoretical model developing, experimental design, preparing for the reports, slides, posters, conference and manuscripts for the project on trust from visual and language information. Specifically, the research fellow will be employed to design experiments/surveys in trustworthiness, develop and test the statistical models for the experiments/surveys. The research fellow shall take charge of the design of experiments/survey, testing and evaluation of the models, keeping up with the research progress and output, and communicating with the research team and collaborators.

Job Responsibilities

• Take charge of research & developments on project in trust perception and judgment

• Statistical analysis and modelling for survey data and behavioural experiments/recordings

• Reports, posters, conference papers and manuscripts preparations

• Communicating with the research team and liaising with the collaborators of the project

Job Requirements

• PhD degree in Psychology, Behavioural Sciences, Data Science/Statistics, Engineering or equivalent fields

• Prior research experience in experimental designs, surveys, and conducting behavioural experiments

• Abilities in statistical analysis and modelling and programming, good at Matlab, R, SPSS, or Python

• Good publication record is an advantage
