We are looking for a dependable, payroll clerk to help run the office. The ideal candidate is someone with strong communication skills, organizational skills, and an interest in design. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain work experience and exposure to landscape architecture, while coming from a non-design background.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provide professional administrative support for employees.
2. Prepare all marketing materials (flyers, postcards, proposals).
3. Maintain office equipment and order Supplies/Business Cards.
4. Coordinate and maintain scheduling.
5. Run Office Errands when Needed.
6. Update & Distribute Inventory.
7. Other duties as assigned.
8. Generate reports.
9. Must be able to handle small issues independently, i.e., computer infrastructure and printer. devices- work with IT company to troubleshoot major issues.
10. Answering the phone calls and following up with the clients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. One year of working as administrative / marketing support for Real Estate Brokerage and related property management would be preferred.
2. Must have experience and working knowledge with Quickbooks.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
4. Secretarial background is strongly preferred.
5. Supervisory experience strongly preferred.
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
7. Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task.
