Position Title: REMOTE OCIP Administrative Assistant/CSR

Purpose: This position is remote with possible 2 days in the office.
Status: Non-exempt
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Enrollment Activities
Other Administration Activities
o Contractor identification and enrollment tracking
o Contract cost and payrolls
o Monthly reporting
o Project closeout
o Other, as appropriate With the data noted in item above, perform the following:
o Monitor the status of enrollments for all contractors and subcontractors, and contact appropriate contractors and notify the Program Manager and/or CM/GC when delays or irregularities are observed.
o Maintain records reflecting the issuance of policies by designated insurers, as well as projected start and completion dates for all contractors/projects.
o Maintain a database of contractor information, including names and addresses, scope of work, subcontractor/tier relationships, and CM/GC and subcontractors’ offsite insurance information.
Assist as necessary in processing, administration and tracking of claims that may arise during the term of the Agreement and which fall within the scope of the OCIP.
