Office Assistant

Exciting, hands on role for an individual, who wishes to develop their career within a dynamic, forward looking, fast growing and friendly organic food brand selling to retail customers across Ireland, the UK and other international markets. The company is going through a period of growth and we are building out the finance team to meet these demands and scale for future growth. The successful candidate will work alongside the Group Financial Controller and the wider finance team.

About You:

You will report directly to the Group Financial Controller and be part of a dedicated and strong team supporting the operations of the company. The role has a broad remit and will involve developing close working relationships across all areas of the business.

So, we’d like you to have:

• Strong communicator with excellent phone manner

· Strong attention to detail

· Excellent verbal and written communications skills

• Good Microsoft Excel and Word skills
• Self-starter, with a strong work ethic and positive ‘can do’ attitude
• Willing to learn

· Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills

• Ability to problem solve and identify new ways of working / processes

· Fully fluent written and spoken English

• Must be eligible to live and work in Ireland

Main Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Reception duties to include meet and greet visitors
• Sales orders, sending invoices
• Purchase invoice entry and filing
• Accounts payable and receivable support
• Review incoming e-mail queries and forwarding mail to appropriate personnel
• Ordering office supplies
• Provide administrative support to colleagues as required
• Ad hoc Analysis and / or any related projects as required
