As our Graduate Developer Analyst, you will be part of a fast moving team, developing, within an Agile framework, custom applications for an ever changing business. This role will give you the opportunity to truly effect change over the everyday working lives of over 550+ National Storage team members, 200+ centres and 100,000+ customers.
The Role:
Reporting into the GM of Technology, you will be responsible for assisting with the managing and interpreting of all data stored for analysis purposes across the National Storage Group. There will also be a general focus on improving processes and operations within IT and the broader business.
Responsibilities in a snapshot:
To develop custom applications within our existing development framework and through an Agile methodology
Review and understand our existing applications for the purpose of support and enhancement
Gather and secure data repositories on the in-house server infrastructure
Work within the IT development framework to participate in projects around data analysis
Analyse and interpret stored data to determine the most efficient methods of extracting and reporting on data to meet development project requirements

About You:
You have graduated with a degree in either IT or software development
Microsoft Office products are your tools of the trade and you showcase in depth knowledge across SQL and software development principles
Your communication game is strong, both written and verbal and your interpersonal skills allows you to build relationships seamlessly
Time management comes naturally to you and you have the ability to coordinate complex projects, meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
A trouble shooting approach – you embrace challenges, strive for positive change and can navigate ambiguity
