Bakkavor is the world’s leading fresh food manufacturer and are looking for Apprentices in Tilmanstone.

If you have a desire to work in Supply Chain, Manufacturing or Food Technology then we have an apprenticeship suitable for you;

Food Technology Apprentices – You will learn about areas such as process design and food science in the context of food safety legislation and quality standards. This technical role focuses on the key business areas of food safety and product quality and will involve an apprentice working alongside other departments to ensure that all manufacturing is done correctly, safely and to a high standard of quality. Future career aspirations could include Senior Process Technologist, Quality Manager and Technical Manager to name a few.

Manufacturing – This apprenticeship will give you a clear understanding of the key manufacturing processes including planning, safe machinery operation and resource management. Working in manufacturing also involves linking with other functions within the business such as Technical, Development, Finance and Human Resources so requires good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Supply Chain – You will receive hands-on training in our end to end supply chain process. You will get to learn about materials control, production planning, stock control and logistics.
