The Out of Work Peer Mentoring Service offers confidential peer support to improve the employability of individuals through asset-based mentoring, with support to identify individual strengths, goals and develop connections within their local communities.
Through peer mentoring people experiencing mental health struggles and/or substance use will develop trusting relationships to share their stories and inspire people to achieve their goals.
The service will work with people to develop their confidence, identify goals and provide a pathway for people seeking employment, training or volunteering opportunities. Plus offering support for up to three months to people once they find their way into work.

Salary: £20,015.37 per year
