We are seeking a talented and experienced social media manager to join our team as a full-time employee. As a social media manager, you will be responsible for managing and executing our social media strategy, developing engaging content, and analyzing social media data to improve our online presence.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with our brand identity, business objectives, and target audience.

• Create and curate compelling content for our social media channels, including but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

• Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.

• Monitor and respond to comments and messages on our social media channels in a timely and professional manner. Work with NHD health coaches assigned to the channel to respond quickly and effectively. Teach health coaches how to respond to maximize user experience and sales opportunities.

• Analyze social media data and generate reports to track our performance, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure social media efforts are integrated with other marketing initiatives.

• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and use that knowledge to improve our social media strategy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in social media management.

• Experience creating and executing social media campaigns across multiple platforms.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed decisions.

• Experience with social media analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.

• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Canva is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Passion for social media and a deep understanding of social media platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 – $32.00 per hour
