You will provide technical direction to Contract Specialist and Performance Assessment Representatives (PARs) to assure achievement of the acceptable level of workmanship and fulfillment of all contract requirements. You will plan work, set priorities, and prepare schedules for completion of work, reviews work, evaluates performance, etc. of staff to identify training needs. You will act as the subject matter expert for a command by providing technical and legal expertise for facility support contracts. You will communicate a command’s strategic plan mission, vision, and values to a team by providing mentoring and counseling for lower graded personnel. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Proficiency in developing contract scopes for facility services; 2) Analyzing contract proposals and providing technical direction to the contracting officer; 3) Plans work, sets priorities, and prepares schedules for completion of work, reviews work, evaluates performance, etc. of staff to identify training needs; 4) Experience inspecting contractor performance for contract compliance and; 5) Communicates a command’s strategic plan mission, vision, and values to a team by providing mentoring and counseling for lower graded personnel.
