Nazareth Care Looking for Registered Nurse at Christchurch Central, Canterbury Full Time

Located in Christchurch, Nazareth Care is a fully accredited, not-for-profit organisation and home to 80 residents in Sydenham. Co-located with our 70 villa Retirement Community, Nazareth House provides excellence in person centred and clinical care, with respect and compassion for all- Aged Care from the heart.

We are currently seeking an experienced and energetic Registered Nurse to join our friendly team on a Full Time basis. Your passion and professionalism will be instrumental in enhancing the care and wellbeing of our residents.

What you will be doing:

• Providing a high level of clinical care, assessments and support
• Leading and mentoring the team; driving improvements and best practice
• Engaging with residents, family members, doctors and health professionals
• Documentation and accurate record keeping

  
What we are looking for:

• Bachelor of Nursing and NZ Nursing Council registration
• Previous experience as a Registered Nurse, ideally within Aged Care
• A natural leader with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent clinical assessment and observation skills
• Enthusiasm and passion for making a difference
