NCH Canada Inc. Hiring For Dispatch and Service Coordinator at Brampton, ON Full Time

We are looking for a highly motivated, organized person who thrives on the challenge of getting things done. This position will primarily be responsible for the coordination of technicians and work schedules, relaying incoming work orders and providing support and inquiry responses to customers and technicians. The Service Dispatcher Coordinator also maintains files, forms, records and billings; ensuring all forms and billings are complete and accurate.

Job duties will include but not limited to:

• Dispatch technicians to various jobs and work sites; providing them with all relevant details concerning service to be provided according to priority;
• Provide customer support by addressing any questions, problems, or requests for service;
• Record and maintain files & records of customer service requests, work or services performed, charges, reports and other dispatch information;
• Prepare weekly/monthly schedules for technicians;
• Process quotes received by sales representatives;
• If necessary make accommodation arrangements for technicians (i.e. booking flights/hotels);
• Organize, maintain and coordinate office records and files in their proper locations;
• Other projects and duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Superior organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient with computers, including MS Office Suite, internet and email.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication and follow up skills.
• Ability to work in a high stress / high demand environment.
• Strong analytical competencies for planning and scheduling.
• Accountability & Adaptability.
• Ability to work well with cross functional teams.
