The Key Account Manager portion of the role will see you work in collaboration with the Marketing Manager and the team of Brand Managers with focus on ensuring an overall positive commercial impact on the business. Commercially savvy with an enquiring mind making use of supporting data and good business decisions, your portfolio will be well supported and in return you will receive great satisfaction representing this company and the brands they support. This responsibility combined with the sales leadership function will see you take your career to another level. Leading a team of Territory Managers nationally will see you make use of your entire skills “toolbox” with the ability to inspire, coach and encourage whilst ensuring that strategic lens is ever present. Working as a close-knit intimate team who all support each other following key values around teamwork, integrity, commitment and excellence, your likeminded approach to work and ability to effectively communicate across the team keeping all parties well informed will be key.
