A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BOOKKEEPER

In this finance position, you work directly with financial specialists to create and analyze financial reports. You process accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing. With close attention to detail, you also use QuickBooks to communicate with customer relationship management as well as complete tax forms and payments. As our expert on all things finance and bookkeeping, you attend weekly meetings with management to give current updates. You enjoy advancing your knowledge in this role and helping our company succeed!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A BOOKKEEPER

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience as a bookkeeper (preferably in the plumbing or HVAC field)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks Online, and ServiceTitan
• Ability to work 2-3 full days between Monday and Friday

A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business administration is preferred. Do you like to work independently? Are you able to operate QuickBooks with ease?
