Job Description

As a Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for handling inbound call servicing for multiple lines of business. Primary call types include loyalty and promotional program assistance, earned gift card exceptions and private-label payment liaison assistance.

Key Performance Requirements

• Management of incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Forward phone inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
• Greet visitors and clients.
• Administrative support: Filing, receiving/sending mail, draft letters, handle inbound & outbound letters.
• Organization of meetings.
• Planning of office events, booking travel arrangements for managers.
• Reply to general information requests from prospects and customers with accurate information.
• Processing various accounting information.
• Management of billing (customer/supplier) and of non-food bills.
• Recording and transmission of information.
• Management of employee absence information.

Physical Environment

Currently working from home except for periodic onsite training and/or potential full return to work from office in Dallas, Texas.

Inbound contact center, open 7 days per week, includes weekends, evenings, and holidays

Wearing headset for long periods of time

Highly time sensitive, fast paced environment which commits to meeting customer and retail store demand by excellent time management skills

Heavy keyboard/mouse usage required with repetitive movement

• Advanced level of proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong English speaking and writing skills.

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
