Digital Growth Marketing @ Neo
Neo is looking for an experienced and data-driven digital marketer with strong knowledge of performance channels to join our team as a full-time Google ads specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing performance and growth strategies on Google search, display and video ads.You will be responsible for helping Neo meet our customer acquisition goals by launching, managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns. As our Google ads specialist, your expertise will be instrumental in helping us find high-quality leads and maximizing ROI.
What you’ll be doing::
- Analyze performance data and provide relevant insights and action plans around keywords, landing pages, ad copy, audiences, bidding algorithms, competition and more
- Own scaling and optimizations for all products to hit the Google ad growth goals
- Relentlessly test new segments, strategies and messaging
- Manage monthly digital budget on Google for Paid Search, Display, App Install, video Campaigns
- Work with our Creative and Brand teams to develop creative and copy to acquire the best customers for Neo’s products
- Maintain and monitor key metrics across channels including budget pacing, New Customers, LTV, and CAC
- Manage an experimentation roadmap to optimize performance including A/B creative tests, incrementality tests, and spend scaling tests
- Test new channels and technology to identify incremental audiences and inventory for accelerating growth
Who we’re looking for::
- You have 4+ years of related performance marketing, consulting and/or agency experience
- You have 2+ years of Google Ads and Ads-Editor experience and are comfortable managing larger monthly budgets and national campaigns
- You will be highly proficient and certified in Google Ads
- You’re highly experienced is conversion-based campaigns
- You bring experience in Google Analytics, as well as a strong grasp of funnel analytics, and metrics driven performance marketing
- If you have an understanding of finance specific advertising restrictions, this is a definite asset

- You’re a results-oriented and data-driven performance marketer with demonstrated experience managing multiple in-house teams/campaigns
- You take a customer-centric approach, and you’re passionate about doing what’s right for our customers and brand
- You have an outstanding ability to think creatively, identify and resolve problems
- You are highly analytical and optimizing customer acquisition costs, and analyzing campaign performance are among your core competencies
- You likely have some deep experience in a few marketing channels, and have the aptitude to learn new channels quite quickly
- You are eager to roll up your sleeves to find opportunities and efficiencies in a fast-moving company at the forefront of digital banking.
- You have a proven ability to excel in a fast-paced collaborative work environment and manage multiple projects at once
