• Oversee and ensure proper handling of incoming calls/paperwork
• Update and train the team on changes in the work environment
• Conduct one-on-one and team meetings regularly
• Lead and coach a team with varying experiences to make sales goals.
• Identify and apply motivational techniques to improve employee engagement.
