Hector Jones Ltd has been operating from the same location in Hastings for over 100 years. We sell and service a huge range of quality products and are a premium Service Agent for most major brands of power tools and small appliances in New Zealand.

Due to a staff restructure, we are currently looking for a Counter / Retail Sales & Customer Service person to join us.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in retail sales and an interest in power tools to join a well established company

You will be the first point of contact with our customers so we are looking for someone with the right attitude who is organise and enthusiastic with a passion for customer service excellence.

• Excellent organisational skills
• Common sense and a ‘can-do’ attitude
• High level of personal presentation and professionalism
• The ability to roll your sleeves up and do a bit of heavy lifting

This is a full time role working Monday to Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm and rostered Saturday mornings 9.00am-12.00pm.
