Job Responsibilities

– Managing café staff’s work schedules

– Coordinate the daily operations during a shift.

– Screening, interviewing, hiring, and training café staff

– Ensuring that daily sales/production goals are met.

– Count cash at the end of shift and manage bank deposits.

– Delegating tasks to café staff and supervising their performance.

– Provide guidance and feedback to staff when needed.

– Maintain a fully-stocked inventory and ordering food supplies, as needed.

– In-charge of maintaining high productivity and a consistently positive customer experience.

– Follow up closely on café equipment and premise maintenance program ( Daily, weekly, Monthly )

– Conducting regular inspections of the café front counter and kitchen to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are

maintained.

– Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Café Manager.

Qualifications

– Proven 2-3 years experience as a Café Supervisor or relevant role in a café / restaurant environment

– Good organizational and team management skills and experience in the food and beverage industry

– With a heart to serve and enjoy working in a Food and Beverage environment

– Have attended Basic Food Hygiene Course (Is preferred, but not necessary )

– A customer service approach with the ability to manage complaints with professionalism

– Ability to work different shifts including weekends

– Team Management abilities

Work Location

K.S Cafe, 55 Siglap Plain, Singapore

Working Hours

6 days week – Required to work on shifts including Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays
