Dining Room :

1. Responsible to ensure tables are clean and tidy

2. Ensure Floor is sweep and mop clean

3. Ensure windows are clean

Kitchen :

1. Responsible for all food prepping as assigned by Café Manager, Café Supervisor or Station Chef

2. Food preparations include weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients, cooking meals, checking ingredients for freshness and arranging and garnishing the dishes.

3. Also in charge of ensuring the kitchen and equipment are properly cleaned and maintained.

Backroom :

1. Responsible for making sure dishware and utensils are washed clean

2. Must also keep the back room clean at all times

3. Clear the garbage and hazardous clutter.

4. Taking delivery of supplies and store them accordingly.

General Cleanliness and Maintenance :

1. Performing daily and weekly general cleaning of the premise as assigned by Café Manager or Café Supervisor.

2. Perform weekly and monthly maintenance of all Equipment as assigned by Café Manager or Café Supervisor.

3. Any other duties as assigned.

Working Hours :

6 days week. Required to work on rotating shifts including Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. Maximum 44 hours per week for Full-time.
