New York Health Care Hiring for HHA Coordinator (HHA Staffing) Bilingual Haitian Creole at Spring Valley Full Time

New York Health Care, Inc. a licensed home care agency who has been in business for almost 40 years is seeking a full time HHA coordinator / field staff supervisor for immediate hire.

Excellent opportunity in our fast paced and growing Spring Valley office. This is a full time Monday through Friday in-office position.

Job Requirements:

· Bilingual in English/French Creole

· Previous home care coordination experience

· Ability to multi-task, think on your feet and prioritize in a demanding office environment

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows operating system

· Knowledge of HHA exchange software preferred

Responsibilities to include :

· Schedule paraprofessionals (HHA/PCA) to ensure patients are being serviced

· Communicate with and work with patients to ensure quality of service

· Build and maintain relationships with contracts to grow business

· Revolving on-call duties to be split with other coordinators

· Update all schedule and coverage changes in the software system for accurate billing/ payroll
