We are seeking a full time clerical support team member to work alongside our Outpatient Physiotherapy service at North Shore Hospital. The role may involve welcoming patients to the clinic, booking & scheduling appointments, administration duties, general trouble shooting and problem solving.
We need someone with previous clerical/administrative experience in an outpatient setting, a strong customer focus and ability to develop good working relationships with professional colleagues. As part of a busy team the work can be challenging and you will need to be able to multi-task and function calmly in stressful situations.

Excellent computer skills with knowledge of word, Excel, Microsoft outlook and power point

Excellent time management demonstrating the ability to get the job done
Good attention to detail
Proven ability to work as part of a team in a healthcare environment
