The Role:
Create and manage a technical road-map for continued improvements and maintenance on the existing legacy systems and architecture.
Implement appropriate methodology to improve security and reduce risks enhancing customer usability.
Work in tandem with various Business Units to share ideas and priorities, leading squads to delivery and delegate responsibility.
Lead and manage multiple streams of software related activities including, design, implementation, documentation, unit testing and defect identification and fixing across the existing product.

Responsibilities:
researching, consulting, analysing and evaluating system program needs
identifying technology limitations and deficiencies in existing systems and associated processes, procedures and methods
testing, debugging, diagnosing and correcting errors and faults in an applications programming language within established testing protocols, guidelines and quality standards to ensure programs and applications perform to specification
writing and maintaining program code to meet system requirements, system designs and technical specifications in accordance with quality accredited standards
writing, updating and maintaining technical program, end user documentation and operational procedures
providing advice, guidance and expertise in developing proposals and strategies for software design activities such as financial evaluation and costings for recommending software purchases and upgrades

Skills:
Highly developed stakeholder management and communication skills with a proven ability of leading and motivating teams and ensuring a collaborative working environment.
Professional experience managing projects in C# .NET core
Experience in Azure is a must.
2+ Experience with Microsoft .Net Core 5, EF Core, Web API, Identity Server
Hands on experience in ML.Net framework and Natural Language Processing

Salary – $100k base + super – $140k base + super
Location: Open to all offices across Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sydney, Melbourne and Newcastle

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $100,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
