An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, motivated and skilled healthcare professional to join Medical Education Services as a Clinical Educator.
We are seeking a qualified individual within a relevant health / allied health care discipline to facilitate the clinical education of medical students from the University of St Andrews. The role will include delivering a range of clinical skills training to medical students, either using simulation models/manikins and/or volunteer patients/patient partners, potentially both in-person (within clinical skills and placement settings) and virtually. Some of this work will be situated within St Andrews, whilst some of the placement settings will be distributed within clinical sites in Fife, including community hospitals.

We welcome applicants from a range of clinical backgrounds including Advanced Nurse Practitioners and Allied Health Professionals The successful candidate will be a strong communicator and have a passion for teaching. They will have the ability to develop and maintain effective partnerships internally and across health boards and universities. This post involves essential travel across Fife.
