We continue to see great demand for our products and services in Ireland and this new site gives us the scope to expand and offer even more choice to our customers. We therefore have a brand new role for an experienced Retail Assistant to be part of the opening of our new Retail Store. As our Retail Assistant you will have the opportunity to build relationships and service our valued customers both in store and over the phone, always seeking to develop an even stronger connection with our customers, so they come back to us time and time again.

You will work a 5 day rota across a 7 day week.

What will I be doing as a Retail Assistant?

• Deliver best in class customer service to all existing & new Nisbets customers whilst ensuring every encounter is a memorable one.
• Provide technical knowledge and guidance to customers to ensure their needs are met.
• Contact customers by phone to let them know about special offers and discounts
• Undertake general warehouse duties; including stock replenishment and processing deliveries with manual handling

What are we looking for in a Retail Assistant?

• Previous experience working in a customer facing environment and meeting sales targets
• Strong communication skills in both written & verbal.
• Good Computer skills and able to pick up new systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: €24,000.00-€26,000.00 per year
