Real Estate Title Company is seeking personable, detail-oriented, self-starter for a full-time staff assistant position.
Ideal candidate would have experience with administrative and clerical procedures and outstanding customer service skills relative to a professional/legal office setting. Position requires strong problem solving, writing and computer skills; including being fluent with Microsoft Office, Adobe and being able to learn specific software used to process settlement files. Candidate will be responsible for opening files, ordering title searches and answering the phone. Applicant should also possess the ability to multitask and work both individually and in a team-oriented environment.
Salary based on experience.
