The Noel Group are recruiting for Hotel Deputy General Manager for our Client based in Dublin.
The Deputy Manager is responsible for managing the hotel’s operations and providing strategic support to the GM. In addition, they are responsible for all operational Standards and procedures, training, team leadership and development. Some more specific duties are below.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2-3 years experience as Deputy or Operations Manager or Operations Manager.
- Standards Driven, particularly in Food & Beverage.
- Strong desire to progress and develop your career in hotels.
- People leadership and motivation experience.
- Proven ability in developing talented employees.
- Strong communicator; and comfortable in contributing to the overall hotel strategy.
- Ability to develop and build relationships and influence with all levels of the business.
- Live in Ireland and have the right to work full time in the Republic of Ireland.
Salary: €55,000 per year (Negotiable)
