Nordstrom Virtual Office Hiring for Billing Clerk at Washington State Full Time

Nordstrom Virtual Office (www.nordstromvirtualoffice.com) (NVO) provides back office (primarily accounting) services remotely for small- to medium-sized companies around the world. The full-time Billing Clerk works virtually for an air conditioning service client of Nordstrom Virtual Office which is physically located in Hawaii. We are looking for a team player who is able to prepare accurate billings and provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Accurately prepare billing and credit memos with the proper supporting documentation

· Verify cost to ensure accurate pricing

· Investigate and resolve discrepancies

· Generate monthly billings and month-end closing reports in a timely manner

· Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

The ideal candidate:

· Has an Associate degree in accounting (preferred)

· Has one year of billing and customer service experience

· Is proficient in Microsoft Office products

• Is independent, reliable, disciplined, highly organized, detail-oriented, able to prioritize and work with little guidance
• May work flexible hours while still meeting daily, weekly and monthly established deadlines
• Has excellent written and verbal communication skills

Is excited to participate in a team-oriented environment while working remotely

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
