Service Coordinator is responsible for a variety of duties that support that NWHS Service Department’s daily operations.

Order Entry

Invoicing

Time card Entry

Dispatches Service Technicians

Incoming Customer Calls

Generates Reports for Management

STARTING PAY: $22.00 – $30.00/HOUR DOE

Successful candidates should possess strong organizational and priority management skills, computer experience, and the ability to efficiently handle a high volume workload.

Industry experience preferred.

• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft office (word, excel, etc.)

• Have a commitment to outstanding customer service
• Excellent communication skills

Additional Skills a plus:

• Working knowledge of the material handling industry
• Working knowledge of a Unix based operating system for order entry/management

HS/GED preferred.
