Northland Staffing Solutions is currently seeking to fill 31 openings for food packaging positions in Eagan, MN. The ideal candidates should have a strong attention to detail and a good work ethic. All three shifts available.

Requirements of the Food Packager

• Food manufacturing experience is desired
• Basic problem solving skills wanted
• Ability to effectively communicate with peers and leadership
• Ability to work in a variety of positions on a regular basis
• Detail oriented with the ability to organize and multitask
• High School Diploma/GED preferred

Responsibilities of the Food Packager

• Execute the daily production schedule in the packing area to meet customer orders
• Ensure timely and accurate packaging of product to maintain processing standards
• Adhere to the allergen control program guidelines, including equipment cleaning and verification activities
• Take corrective action as assigned by the Supervisor based on pre-operation and daily self-assessment audit findings
• Comply with all food safety requirements, training, policies and procedures
• Package product as needed to meet production goals
