Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems sector is seeking an Industrial Security Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in San Diego, CA.
Roles and Responsibilities: The security professional must be able to adapt to a fast paced and challenging work environment and must demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills. The desired candidate will oversee closed area alarms systems and new ICD-705 construction. Individual will be responsible for scheduling quarterly, semi-annual, and annual alarm testing of all UL2050 alarm systems. Individual will be responsible for reviewing blueprints for the proposed new area to ensure that all security requirements are met. Also, will be attending weekly construction meetings, documenting the build process, and completing the Fixed Facility Checklist. In addition to, this individual will be responsible for changing combinations for the closed areas and safes. Other responsibilities include day-to-day lock and key for the site, badging, parking, and processing incoming visitors.
Basic Qualifications:
3 Years with Bachelors; or 1 Year with Masters; experience to include Industrial security or related; An additional 4 years of applicable work experience may be substituted for bachelor’s degree
Candidate must have and be able to maintain an Active U.S. Government security clearance at the DoD Secret level
Preferred Qualifications:
Salary Range: $68,100.00 – $102,100.00
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
