Come join our team and have an amazing time farming out in the Catskills of New York! We offer
a variety of opportunities for you to be immersed in a growing small business, where we will be
diversifying and growing together each season! We are certified organic and aim to implement
regenerative farming and uplifting each other everyday on the farm.
Below is a lists of responsibilities:
Blueberry Operation

  • Pruning of perennial blueberry bushes(experience a plus but willing to educate)
  • String trimming along both sides of the blueberry bushes
  • Mowing in between and around blueberry fields(Zero turn mower experience a plus)
  • Mulching blueberry bushes with wood chips
  • Weeding around the bases of blueberry bushes
  • Assist manager with scouting of insect pests; putting out sticky traps and recording in excel
    sheet amount on each sticky trap each week)
  • Maintain water irrigation lines, reporting any damages or leaks to management
  • Applying different kinds of soil remediations
  • Harvest of blueberry bushes in timely and orderly manner
  • Understand and abide by NOFA Organic certification as well as GAP certification
  • Removal of old blueberry bushes and planting of new
    Chestnut and Fruit Orchard Trees Operation
  • Apply fertilizer around the base of each tree
  • String trim around the base of the trees
  • Prune if necessary
    Cut Flowers Operation
  • Assist in planting schedule of different flowers
  • Water when necessary
  • Weed around flowers
  • Assist in harvest of flowers for wholesale or retail purchases

    SKILLS: Farming, communications, multitasking, able to lift 50 pounds.

  • HS Diploma
  • Driver’s License, own car
