We are looking for someone to join our Wellbeing Team here at Nottingham College. They must be passionate about working with young people and helping them succeed in their college life.
You will possess experience of supporting young people to ensure their safety and wellbeing on a range of pastoral and learning related topics.
In addition to this, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and spoken) and be confident in dealing with emergency situations (e.g behaviour, mental health etc).
The successful candidate will also possess knowledge of safeguarding policies and processes coupled with experience of monitoring, evaluating, planning action and writing reports.
A Maths and English Level 2 qualification, or equivalent, and being able to work effectively unsupervised is essential.
