Working within CAMS (Communications, Admissions, Marketing and Student Recruitment), we are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused, quality-driven professional to join our Admissions Team.

Key aspects of the role will be:

• process applications across our postgraduate, professional, and undergraduate courses in line with admissions policies and procedures.
• respond to admissions-related email and telephone enquiries from a broad range of customers in relation to new and existing student applications.
• recognise the importance of delivering a high-quality applicant experience and understand how this impacts student recruitment.
