Experience of how to prepare thoroughly and successfully for Ofsted inspection is essential. You will have a strong commitment to, and experience of, the maintenance and development of partnership links with existing and new partners, and a genuine personal and professional openness to new ways of working in strategic response to sector changes.

You should have a commitment to your own personal professional development, and will be supported in this, including in further study where relevant. You should have a good understanding of the current educational climate and the vision to deliver high quality programmes of study.
