Salary: Leadership Points 19 to 22 (£69,022 to £74,283 per annum)

We are looking to appoint a dynamic Deputy Head Teacher that can support our specialist approach to learning.

Your main responsibilities within this role will be:

• Lead all aspects of quality of education at the school
• Whole school achievement lead
• To provide strategy and analysis to improve the performance of disadvantage and PP pupils
• Strategic lead of pupil premium and catch up funding
• To organise and lead events including Achievement Evenings and Open Events
• To lead staff wellbeing activity and actively engage with staff to ensure development and retention.
