Our Todd Solar division, a leading Solar Power Services, is looking for a Solar Project Analyst for a 7-month (Nov – Jun 2023) fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.
About the roleÂ
Reporting into the General Manger, you will be responsible for the provision of commercial analysis, design deliverables and construction technical support for medium to large scale solar projects for the whole project lifecycle from start to closeout.
Other key tasks:
- Prepare design documentation for solar projects including calculations & drawings.
- Create construction and commissioning documentation for installation teams.
- Conduct initial usage and avoidable cost analysis of all incoming solar leads
Our ideal candidate will have:
We are looking for someone who is innovative, strategic, and critical in their approach that provides analytical support for our various projects. You will need to be highly organised manage project schedules, goals, and communications.
Other key skills required:
- Related Engineering degree in either the Electrical or Mechanical discipline.
- Previous experience in Solar design for medium to large projects
- Experienced at using AutoCad, PVsyst, Homer and MS Project.
- Knowledge of electricity safety regulations and fire code requirements.
- Demonstrated experience creating, maintaining, and communicating schedules to various stakeholders
- Great written and verbal communication skills Â
