Novum Global Looking for Software Engineer – Web & Server Development at United States Full Time

Our cleint seeks a highly motivated Software Engineer keen to develop solutions for a global software company.

The target candidate will possess strong web and server development, design, and architecture skills with excellent client support and communication skills.

Key development work:

• Develop web applications using C#, JavaScript, and the Microsoft WebAPI
• Build out server applications using C# and SQL
• Work on the deployment and troubleshooting of the software, including the troubleshooting of SQL performance issues
• Participate in technical meetings and work with cross-functional teams

Tech Skills

• Strong JavaScript, ASP.NET, C#, and SQL experience
• Strong experience with full-stack development – front-end through the data layer
• Strong experience in writing and consuming web services – WebAPI, REST
• Experience with performance-oriented, multi-threaded server development
• Document Management systems experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field required

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

• Innovative and entrepreneurial with a “can-do” manner
• Critical thinker that works autonomously and can work in an agile manner
• Ability to research and explore, extrapolating out the new-found knowledge to quickly design and build POCs
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• +5 years of progressive experience in developing web and multi-threaded server applications
