To embed student lead engagement and participation at the centre of the College’s strategic planning and delivery framework. To build a strong and resilient student community where the principles of equality, diversity and respect inform all student involvement activities.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have a level 6 qualification in a relevant discipline (Degree or equivalent) and have relevant experience. Candidates must hold level 2 qualifications in both English and Maths (GCSE or equivalent) and be IT literate to level 2. Experience of facilitating participatory engagement with young people is essential.

Salary

Scale 6, Points 29 – 31, £27,163 – £29,007 per annum.

Location

NPTC Group of Colleges (initially based at Neath College to provide support across all College sites).

Hours Of Work

37 hours per week (including occasional early mornings, evenings and weekends).

Contract

Full time, permanent.
