Ensure effective change management and delivery of key project deliverables for our Customer Service Delivery teams.

About The Role

Our Business Analysts are the key interface between the business and our project teams and are critical to the successful delivery of change. In this exciting role you will support the effective delivery of, and benefits realisation from, specific operational change projects and initiatives for our Customer Service Delivery teams.

About You

It would be ideal if you have a background in an operations environment, and you’ll love communicating and engaging with business teams to help identify effective solutions. You’ll need to have experience with project planning methodologies, and mapping processes. Above all, you’ll be curious and keen to learn about NZ Post and our industry.
