Warehouse Team Member

We have outstanding opportunity for a Warehouse Team Member to join our high performing and friendly team based in our Highbrook and Wiri Distribution Centres.

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor you will play a key part in completing all warehouse functions/activities in accordance with our health and safety processes and procedures.

We are looking for talent that we can train and develop to become our future leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders
• General warehousing duties
• Ensuring that all machines and equipment are used and kept in a good, safe condition and are operated in a safe manner.

As our ideal candidate you MUST HAVE/BE:

• Personality plus! (you will have enthusiasm for life and work)
• Some Warehouse Experience is preferable
• “Can-do” attitude
• Someone who enjoys working with others
• Some history of manual labour
• Someone who wants a future not just a job
• Good with numbers

As you can see from our criteria, we are looking for candidates with the ‘right stuff’ – enthusiasm, diligence, motivation and the willingness to learn and be a part of a high performing team! We are not necessarily looking someone with Warehouse experience as we can always teach/train these skills to you!
