Each of our food and beverage outlets offers a different experience for our guests, but regardless of what outlet you are based for for the day, you’ll be the face of our dining experience ensuring that our guests enjoy everything we have to offer.

We are looking for the candidates who can start from September and who can be committed to the role for 3 to 6 months.

What Your Day Will Look Like

• Providing exceptional service through your knowledge and passion for our products and standard procedures
• Handling guest inquiries, taking accurate bookings, and ensuring accurate orders for guests
• Ensuring the dining areas are ready prior to opening and throughout service
• Using our Point-of-Sale system, ensuring accurate transactions and data entry
• Maintaining stock of food and beverage items to ensure continuity of service
• Ensuring the presentation of our restaurants and dining are always kept to a high level
• Working alongside the kitchen team to maintain a cohesive service
• Jumping feet first into the day and helping wherever needed

What You Will Bring To The Role

• Experience in a similar food and beverage position is preferred,however all necessary training will be provided for a candidate who has the right attitude and a willingness to learn
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Qualifications and skills required:

• A strong bartending background or experience in a similar food and beverage position is preferred,however all necessary training will be provided for a candidate who has the right attitude and a willingness to learn
• An eye for cleanliness, organization, and presentation
• Has experience or knowledge in guest service, doing inventory, handling POS system
• Willingness to learn and possesses a“can do” attitude
• Ability to work with grace under pressure
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
