Looking for two types of hires:

Due to Covid-19, all positions are remote, work from home.

Sales Agents:

– Sell Life insurance to union members who have requested a meeting

– Warm Leads, no cold calling

– Average closing ratio: 48%

– Average commission per sale: $720

– Average 1st year earning $65k-$85k

Sales Managers:

– Prove you can perform

– Recruit and train sales team

– Provide leadership and help grow culture

– $85k + first year average earnings

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
