OBASA Suites Hiring for Customer Fulfillment Associate – Remote at Remote Full Time

The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic self-starter who is eager to learn new our very own platform and help people in times of need. This is an important position within our corporate family. The primary role of the Customer Fulfillment Associate is to provide administrative support to the Account Managers under the direction of the Executive Vice President and Manager of Fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Cost verifications, collecting vendor invoices/receipts, and collecting outstanding refundable deposits and/or accounts receivable payments.
• Provide pleasant and professional interaction with team, suppliers and customers.
• Perform Quality Assurance activities on files and bookings for your team.
• Minimize accounts receivable delinquency for your team.
• Respond to communication in a timely manner with acknowledgement and follow-up communication to ensure service expectations have been met.
• Provide feedback for improving our internal processes and systems.
• Provide coverage for other Customer Fulfillment Associates as needed.
