Japanese Expats Support / Foreign Pass Application

• Assist in visa and work pass applications, renewals and cancellations
• Assist in applying for entry approvals etc
• Assist in monthly payroll processing and medical submissions to HQ

Human Resource

• Helps with payroll administrative matters such as, timely keying of timesheets, overtime, checking of staff No Pay Leave etc.
• P File digitalization such as scanning all hard copy P files into HR drive for easy reference
• Timely input of employee new data into Timesoft system.
• Assist HR Officer in posting job advertisement on Job portal such as mycareersfuture etc
• Screen though resumes from Job portal and send to HR officer for review before sending to hiring manager
• Assist in scheduling of interviews with recruitment agency, HR officer & Hiring Manager
• Sit in for interviews with HR officer and familiarize with recruitment process
• Assist in BCA Training Administration to ensure licensing is renew on time
• Onboarding new staff and ensure monthly staff confirmations are completed timely
• Assist HR officer in any ad hoc HR matters on a day to day basis
