Practical Activities:

• Accountable for coaching, supporting, and mentoring SAFe Scrum practices and Agile principles to teams, product owners, and customers.
• Drive and facilitate Scrum events utilizing Agile practices, tools, and processes, creating a consistent delivery approach across teams.
• Foster a self-organizing and collaborative team environment that encourages creativity, innovation, continuous improvement, and celebrates success.
• Collect, analyze, and present data to stakeholders in a manner that reflects team growth and improvement.
• Collaborate with Engineers, Designers, Product Owners, and Testers to create executable solutions that meet business needs.
• Uphold sprint momentum by minimizing external disruptions, managing risks or impediments, and removing obstacles and hurdles.
• Deliver targeted communication to all stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of dependencies, deliverables, and issues. This is crucial for measuring and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Provide regular reporting to maintain transparency and inform on project progress.

Requirements

Key Competencies:

• Extensive experience as a Scrum Master within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), leading teams and collaborating closely with product owners, designers and engineers.
• Proficiency in Agile and adaptive delivery models, embodying an Agile mindset.
• Track record of managing and delivering large, complex programs.
• Proven leadership and coaching skills, guiding teams to achieve successful outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate and build relationships with customers.
• Strong, recent experience with Jira, Confluence and Slack.
• Passion for the Headless Content Management Systems space and digital products in general.
